DIY outfit 2: turn your mini skirt into a HOT mini skirt

The fabric is better to be stretchy jersey. Wear the skirt up side down, and use a waist belt or rope to hold the ruffle waist. Turn a normal ruffle skirt into a super hot mini skirt:)

    Awesome idea! Now one skirt can present two different looks. Frills at the waist gives you slim look like a Barbie. Grey color is in trend & makes you look gorgeous.
